СМИ публикуют новости с истекшим сроком годности

Про сюжет молчу, но вот то, что то, что под видом новости публикует Российская Газета, иначе как «просрочкой» назвать сложно. Вдумайтесь, событие произошло в апреле 2017, а публикуют новость в августе!
