Lenovo is becoming a C-grade vendor
I've got two PCs made by this make, and an Android phone. Motorola X30 Pro (made by Lenovo) is good, no problem with the CN (Chinese) version upgrade, no tricks, no gimmicks.
Not so good for Lenovo T480s, a 2018 laptop. Since the very beginning, it demonstrated signs of overheating, ended up with defunct Thunderbolt controller. USB Charging is still working, through. Lenovo Vantage (all-round utility for installing vendor updates) is doing OK.
Not so for another PC, a 2021 P620 ThinkStation: Vantage is not showing up, I had to install Vantage Commercial version. However, it wasn't able to find any updates, while there were a bunch of them on the Lenovo web site.
